1150.02 HOUSING FOR OLDER PERSONS DEFINED.

   “Housing for Older Persons” shall have the same meaning as defined in the Federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995 as amended, either with a minimum age of 62 for any resident in the dwelling units under Section 807 (b)(2)(B) (42 U.S.C. 3607) of the Federal Fair Housing Act or with a minimum age of 55 under Section 807 (B)(2)(c) (42 U.S.C. 3607) of the Federal Fair Housing Act so long as all persons occupying each dwelling unit are age 55 or over.
