1376.07 EMERGENCY ESCAPE.

Every sleeping room located in a basement shall have at least one openable window (having a clear area of 400 sq. in. or more, with a least dimension of 16 inches and a sill height of not more than 3 ft. 8 in. above the floor) or exterior door approved for emergency egress or rescue; or shall have access to not less than two approved independent exits.
