1177.01 PURPOSE.

   (a)    The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards for the permitting of child care centers within the City of Bedford Heights which shall be authorized in any district as approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Bedford Heights, and which comply with the requirements and provisions of this chapter.

   (b)    Existing child care centers and child care centers operating in conjunction with a school, church, community center, temple, synagogue or public building are not subject to the provisions of this chapter.
