1501.11 ADOPTION OF SUPPLEMENTARY STANDARDS.

   (a)    Incinerators and Rubbish Handling. There is hereby adopted by the Municipality for the purpose of prescribing fire protection regulations and standards relating to incinerators and rubbish handling, publications of the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. One copy of each of such publications shall be on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and with the Cuyahoga County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk-Treasurer shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.

   (b)    Trailer Courts. There is hereby adopted by the Municipality for the purpose of prescribing fire protection regulations and standards relating to trailer courts, the publication of the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. One copy of such publication shall be on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and with the Cuyahoga County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk-Treasurer shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.

   (c)    Mobile Homes and Travel Trailers. There is hereby adopted by the Municipality for the purpose of prescribing fire protection regulations and standards relating to mobile homes and travel trailers, the publication of the National Fire Protection Association, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended. One copy of such publication shall be on file with the Clerk-Treasurer and with the Cuyahoga County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk-Treasurer shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
