1501.04 STORAGE LIMITS.

   (a)    The limits referred to in Section 16.22a of the Fire Prevention Code in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited are hereby established as follows:

   In the residence, business and commercial districts as established by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto as well as in the industrial districts as established by the Zoning Code, except as the Zoning Code or other regulatory ordinance may permit its use in such district.

   (b)   The limits referred to in Section 16.61 of the Fire Prevention Code in which new bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited are established as follows:

   In the residence, business, commercial and industrial districts as established by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto unless the use thereof is specifically authorized by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto or by any other regulatory ordinance.

   (c)    The limits referred to in Section 21.6a of the Fire Prevention Code in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum gas is prohibited or restricted are hereby established as follows:

   In the residence, business, commercial and industrial districts as established by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto unless the use thereof is specifically authorized by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto or by any other regulatory ordinance.

   (d)    The limits referred to in Section 12.5b of the Fire Prevention Code in which the storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited are hereby established as follows:

   In the residence, business, commercial and industrial districts as established by the Zoning Code or any amendments thereto unless the use thereof is specifically authorized by the Zoning Code or any amendment thereto or by any other regulatory ordinance.
