1379.99 PENALTY.

   Whoever violates any provision of this Housing Code, or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder, or fails to comply therewith or with any written notice or written order issued thereunder, and whoever interferes with, obstructs or hinders the Building Commissioner or his assistant, while attempting to make a lawful inspection is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing herein shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
