1371.05 CONFLICT OF LAW.

   In the event of conflict between any provision of this Housing Code, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Housing Code, and any provision of the ordinances of the City, including any rules and regulations adopted pursuant to such ordinances, the more restrictive provision shall prevail. This section shall be interpreted so as not to conflict with nor impose greater restrictions than set forth in Section 1371.04.
