1335.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. Failure to provide and display such numbers is also declared to be a nuisance, and in addition to the penalty stated in this section, the Director of Service may provide the numbers and the cost thereof may be assessed against the property in the manner provided for abating nuisances.
