1333.10 REVOCATION OF REGISTRATION.

   The Certificate of Registration may be revoked at any time by the Building Commissioner for violation of applicable building codes or ordinances or other laws, rules or regulations of the City, or for other cause which in the opinion of the Building Commissioner justifies such action including, but not limited to, the following:

   (a)   Misrepresentation of a material fact by the Applicant in obtaining a Certificate of Registration;

   (b)   Improper use of a Certificate of Registration;

   (c)   Faculty and/or defective workmanship not in compliance with applicable codes and/or regulations;

   (d)   Deviation from Approved Plans and Specifications filed with the City; and

   (e)   Noncompliance with or violation of any provision or regulation of the Building or Zoning Codes of the City, or rules, regulations or ordinances promulgated thereunder. (Ord. 99-079. Passed 4-20-99.)
