1331.99 PENALTY.

   (a)    Whoever operates or maintains a swimming pool in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for any offense thereafter.

   (b)    Each day a violation continues may be deemed a separate offense.

   (c)    Nothing herein shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
