1331.31 REGISTRATION OF EXISTING POOLS.

For the purpose of applying and enforcing the regulations of this chapter, all owners of existing pools shall register and obtain a license as provided herein on or before September 1, 1964, and thereafter all registration and licenses shall be considered, in enforcing this chapter, as new pool registration.
