1331.23 BATHERS WITH COMMUNICABLE DISEASES.

No person having any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges or any other communicable disease, shall use or be permitted to use any swimming pool. The person in charge of any swimming pool shall exclude therefrom any person suspected of having any such ailment.
