1331.18 QUALITY OF WATER.
The bacterial quality of the water in the pool shall be maintained so that no two successive samples nor more than fifteen percent of any number of successive samples contain more than 200 bacteria per cubic centimeter or show positive confirmed results for coliaerogenes.
A sample shall be taken from each public pool at least once in each week, when the pool is in operation, and submitted for test to a testing laboratory approved by the Director of Public Safety. The Director may require additional samples to be taken and submitted whenever he determines it necessary for the safe operation of any pool. The cost of such testing shall be paid by the owner of the pool.
