1331.05 LICENSE REVOCATION.

   Any license granted by the Director of Public Safety hereunder may be revoked by him for failure to comply with the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder or with any provisions of this chapter, or whenever, in the determination of the Director, further operation under such license creates a menace to the health, safety or morals of the users of the swimming pool.
