1331.03 FEES.

   (a)    Permits. A fee shall accompany every application for a permit for the construction of or alteration, addition or other improvement to a swimming pool. The fees listed below are in addition to permit fees applicable to other structures which may be incidental to the pool or plumbing, sewering or wiring connections therewith. All plumbing, sewering or wiring connections must comply with the Plumbing and Electrical Codes.

 

(1)	Temporary pools (see requirements of Section 1331.12)	$ 30.00
(2)	Permanent pools in ground or above with deck enclosure (see requirements of Section 1331.12)	70.00
(3)	Inspection fee	40.00

   (b)    License. The fees listed below are in addition to permit fees applicable to other structures which may be incidental to the pool or plumbing, sewering or wiring connections therewith. All plumbing, sewering or wiring must comply with the Plumbing and Electrical Codes.

      (1)    The fee for a license to conduct, operate and maintain a public swimming pool shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).

      (2)    The fee for a license to conduct, operate or maintain a temporary or above-ground pool shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
