1329.05 CURB CUTTING, LOWERING OR REMOVING AND DRIVEWAY APRONS, FEES.

   (a)   Curb Cutting Fees.

      (1)   New work.                  $50.00

      (2)   Widening previous cuts.            10.00

      (3)   Ownership of curbs; work done by City. All curbs removed shall become the property of the Municipality and be hauled at the expense of the permittee to a place designated by the Inspector of Buildings. Curb permit fees listed above shall be in addition to the actual cost of any work of curb cutting, lowering or removal which may or may not be done by the Municipality. Any work performed by the Municipality shall be charged at cost.

   (b)   Driveway Aprons.                  $50.00
