1327.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing herein shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violations.
