1321.01 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions shall apply in this chapter:
   (a)    "Garbage" means every waste, refuse, animal, fruit or vegetable matter, liquid or otherwise, that attends the preparation, use, cooking, dealing in or storage of meat, fish, fowl, fruit or vegetables.
   (b)    "Garbage incinerator" means a structure or apparatus within which garbage can be consumed by combustion or dehydration.
   (c)    "Dwelling unit" means a single-family residence, or a flat or apartment in a multiple residence building.

   (d)    "Sink disposal" means an apparatus electrically operated, located in a sink equipped with running water and connected to a sanitary sewer, which will grind or pulverize garbage so that it may be washed away by the running water through such sanitary sewer and which meets the standards of the American Insurance Association and which is so labeled.
