1319.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree for a first offense and for a second or subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
