1311.01 SCOPE.

This Title shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the City of Bedford Heights as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, including any additional flood hazard areas annexed by the City that are not identified on the effective Flood Insurance Rate Map.
