1310.20 NEW CONSTRUCTION.

"New construction" means structures for which the "start of construction" commenced on or after the initial effective date of the City's Flood Insurance Rate Map, and includes any subsequent improvements to such structures. (Ord. 95-200. Passed 8-15-95.)
