1310.19 MANUFACTURED HOME SUBDIVISION.

"Manufactured home subdivision" means a parcel (or contiguous parcels) of land divided into two or more manufactured home lots for sale. This definition shall exclude any manufactured home park as defined in Section 3733.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, for which the Public Health Council has exclusive rule-making power. (Ord. 95-200.
