1310.04 AREA OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD.

"Area of special flood hazard" means the land in the flood plain within a community subject to a one percent or greater chance of flooding in any given year. Areas of special flood hazard are designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as Zone A, AE, AO, A1-30 and A-99. (Ord. 95-200. Passed 8-15-95.)
