1195.03 AVERAGE DEPTH OF FRONT YARDS.

In any Residence District, dwellings may project in front of the required setback building line if twenty-five percent of the lots within the same block have dwellings thereon having a lesser setback line, in which case the required setback line shall be the average of the setback lines of the dwellings already erected.
