1191.02 MINIMUM YARDS.

   (a)   In no case shall the width of any side yard be less than ten percent of the width of the lot, provided that on a corner lot, the width of the side yard adjoining the side street lot line shall not be less than eight feet or twenty percent of the frontage, whichever is greater.

   (b)   In no case shall the depth of the rear yard be less than twenty-five feet nor less than the height of the main building, whichever is greater. Front, side or rear yard encroachments, as specified in Chapter 1197, shall be prohibited in the case of sub-standard lots of record.
