1187.04 ENLARGEMENT; BOARD APPROVAL.

No enlargement or extensions to any motel or motor hotel shall be permitted unless the existing one is made to conform substantially, as determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals, with all the requirements for new construction for such an establishment.
