1183.02 NONCONFORMING USES.

Certain uses established before the effective date of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 72-13, passed July 11, 1972) and nonconforming as to performance standards shall be given a reasonable time in which to conform therewith as determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 72-13. Passed 7-11-72.)
