1171.10 PAVING AND CURBING.

The entire area, other than that landscaped, shall be paved with a permanent surface of concrete or asphalt. A raised concrete curb of not less than six inches in height shall be constructed along the entire street property line except for driveway openings, provided that sidewalks as required by City regulations shall be installed.
