1171.03 BUILDING SIZE.

   The following minimum building size shall apply:

   (a)   Automobile Service Station. The building shall be of modern, fireproof construction and shall have an enclosed area of not less than 2,000 square feet, with provisions for lavatories for both men and women, separated by soundproof walls.

   (b)   Automobile Filling Station. The building shall be of modern, fireproof construction and shall have an enclosed area of not less than 1,000 square feet, with provisions for lavatories for both men and women, separated by soundproof walls. (Ord. 72-13. Passed 7-11-72.)
