1163.09 SINGLE-LANE DRIVEWAYS.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, a single-lane driveway located adjacent to or within 100 feet of a building shall be at least 18 feet in width, to be located with the approval of the Planning Commission.
