1160.09 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall apply:

   (a)    Front Yard. Each lot shall have a front yard of at least seventy-five feet; on a corner lot the front yard for each street shall be seventy-five feet.

   (b)    Side Yards. Each building or structure shall have a side yard on each side of not less than twenty-five feet. In the case of a corner lot, the side yard on the street side shall be the same as the front yard setback.

   (c)    Rear Yards. Each building or structure shall have a rear yard of not less than fifty feet, except that for buildings on a lot adjoining a residential district, the rear yard shall be not less than seventy-five feet.
