1160.07 LOT AREA AND LOT FRONTAGE.

   The minimum lot area shall contain 25,000 square feet and a frontage on a dedicated public street of not less than 100 feet, provided that all areas, other than those occupied by structures and by required parking and loading facilities, shall be appropriately landscaped, subject to approval by the Architectural Board of Review, and that not more than fifty percent (50%) of such lot shall be covered with buildings or structures of any kind.
