1157.06 LOT AREA AND LOT FRONTAGE.

   The minimum lot area shall contain 25,000 square feet and a frontage on a dedicated street of not less than 100 feet, provided that all areas, other than those occupied by structures and by required parking and loading facilities, shall be appropriately landscaped, subject to approval by the Architectural Board of Review, and that not more than fifty percent of such lot shall be covered with buildings or structures of any kind. In addition to the above, motels shall provide a minimum of 1,000 square feet of lot area for each motel room and also be subject to the provisions of Chapter 1187.
