1157.03 ACCESSORY USES.

   (a)    Generally. Accessory uses and structures as permitted and as regulated in the B- 2 Community Business District and such other accessory uses and structures not otherwise prohibited, customarily accessory and incidental to any of the foregoing permitted B-3 uses, shall be permitted.

   (b)    Outdoor Advertising. Outdoor advertising shall be limited to in-place signs pertaining to and advertising exclusively the use on the premises, or to merchandise sold or services rendered on such premises, and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 1179.
