1155.08 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall apply:

   (a)    Front Yard. Each lot shall have a front yard of at least fifty feet; on a corner lot the front yard for each street shall be fifty feet.

   (b)    Side Yards. Each main or principal building shall have two side yards, one on each side of the structure, and each side yard shall have a minimum width of twenty feet. In the case of a corner lot, the side yard on the street side shall be the same as the required front yard.

   (c)    Rear Yards. Each lot shall have a rear yard not less in depth than thirty feet, except that for buildings on a lot adjoining a residential district, the rear yard shall be not less than fifty feet. (Ord. 91-24. Passed 6-4-91.)
