1155.01 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   Any principal use permitted and as regulated in the B-1 Local Retail District, except as hereinafter modified, and the following, shall be permitted:

   (a)    Motels and Hotels. Subject to the provisions of Chapter 1187.

   (b)    Automobile Filling Stations. Subject to the provisions of Chapter 1171.

   (c)    Other Uses. Any other retail business or service establishment determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals to be of the same general character as the above permitted uses, but specifically prohibiting automobile service stations and those uses which are first permitted or are not permitted in the B-3 Road Side Service District.
