1153.06 LOT AREA AND LOT FRONTAGE.

   The minimum lot area shall contain 20,000 square feet and a frontage on a dedicated public street of not less than 100 feet, provided that all areas, other than those occupied by structures and by required parking and loading facilities, shall be appropriately landscaped, subject to the approval of the Architectural Board of Review. Not more than fifty percent of such lot area shall be covered with buildings or structures of any kind.
