1153.04 REQUIRED CONDITIONS.

   Subject to the provisions of Chapter 1183:

   (a)    Business in Enclosed Buildings. All businesses, service or processing shall be conducted wholly within a completely enclosed building. The premises, all buildings and accessory structures, including walls, fences and other enclosures, shall be kept in sightly and proper condition and repair.

   (b)    Displays of Goods Within Required Front Yard. It is specifically prohibited to display any goods or merchandise in front of the required setback building line.

   (c)    Production for Sale at Retail. All products produced on the premises, whether primary or incidental, and all merchandise sold on the premises, whether primary or incidental, shall be sold at retail primarily on the premises where produced.

   (d)    Use Must be Nonobjectionable. Process and equipment employed in goods processed or sold shall be limited to those which are not objectionable by reason of odor, dust, smoke, cinders, gas, fumes, noise, vibration, refuse matter or water-carried waste.

   (e)    New Merchandise. Goods for sale shall consist primarily of new merchandise, except bona fide antiques, provided that secondhand merchandise shall be prohibited. (Ord. 72-13. Passed 7-11-72.)
