1151.09 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS.

   (a)    Parking in Front Yards. The use of any required front yard area for parking or unloading purposes is expressly prohibited.

   (b)    Signs. Signs shall be subject to the requirements of Chapter 1179, and as provided for in Section 1151.02.

   (c)    Floodlights, etc. No floodlights, searchlights, loudspeakers, party tents or similar features shall be erected, installed or used except upon and under authority of a temporary permit issued by the Mayor.

   (d)    Screening. Screening shall be required on rear or side lines abutting any lot either presently in use as or zoned residential as stated in Section 1197.03(a) of the Planning and Zoning Code.
