1151.08 YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall apply:

   (a)    Front Yard. Each lot shall have a front yard of at least twenty-five feet; on a corner lot the front yard for each street shall be twenty-five feet.

   (b)    Side Yards. Each main or principal building shall have two side yards, one on each side of the structure, and each side yard shall have a minimum width of twenty feet. In the case of a corner lot, the side yard on the street side shall be the same as the required front yard.

   (c)    Rear Yards. Each lot shall have a rear yard not less in depth than thirty feet.
