1151.06 LOT AREA, LOT FRONTAGE AND LOT COVERAGE.

   The minimum lot area shall contain 20,000 square feet, a lot frontage of at least 100 feet, and each principal building or structure, together with its accessory buildings or structures, shall not cover more than twenty-five percent of the net lot area, provided that all areas, other than those occupied by structures and by required parking and loading facilities, shall be appropriately landscaped, subject to approval by the Architectural Board of Review.
