1151.01 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

No building, structure or land shall be used, and no building or structure shall be erected, altered or enlarged which is arranged, intended or designed, for other than the following uses:

(a) Offices. Including general and professional tenants, as well as banking, savings and loan, and other financial institutions, and including offices for administrative, scientific, research and development, training, statistical and similar purposes in connection with these uses.

(b) Research and Development Laboratories.

(c) Similar Uses. Any other offices or laboratory use determined to be similar by the Planning Commission. (Ord. 72-13. Passed 7-11-72.)
