1149.02 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   No building, structure or land shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected, altered or enlarged which is arranged, intended or designed for other than one of the following uses:

   (a)    Residential. Town house buildings, as defined in Section 1123.45.

   (b)    Recreational. Any public or private noncommercial recreation facility, including parks, playgrounds and tennis courts.

   (c)    Public and Cultural. Churches and other places of worship, including Sunday school buildings, day nurseries and kindergartens, within such church or other place of worship, located not less than twenty-five feet from any other lot in any Residence District; schools for academic instruction.

   (d)    Essential Services. As defined in Section 1123.46.
