1131.14 APPEALS FROM DECISIONS OF THE REVIEW BOARD.

Any person or persons jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the Board of Architectural Review may appeal therefrom to the Board of Zoning Appeals in the same manner as provided for appeals from other regulations in this Zoning Code, and subject to Section 1133.05(b). The Board of Appeals may reverse, modify or affirm the action, and its decision shall be considered final.
