1127.17 CONDITIONAL PERMITS; TIME LIMIT.

   If a conditional use is granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals in accordance with this Zoning Code, and the use or structure authorized thereby has not begun within six months of the date of such permission, the same shall be void and of no effect whatsoever. Before such use can be established or construction of such structure undertaken, a new application for a conditional permit shall be filed with the Board.
