1127.07 LOCATION WITHIN THE REAR YARD.

Except as provided for in Section 1127.08, in any district, a detached accessory building shall be located not closer than six feet from the rear or side lot lines, and a detached accessory building when closer to the front line than eighty feet, shall be no closer to any of its side lot lines than ten feet.
