1125.05 LOT DIVIDED; EXTENSION OF DISTRICT.

   Where a district boundary line established in this chapter or as shown on the Zone Map divides a lot which was in single ownership at the time of enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 72-13, passed July 11, 1972), the part of such lot within each district shall conform to the regulations of that district unless determined otherwise by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
