1125.04 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.

   Except where referenced on the Zone Map to a street or alley line or other designated line by dimensions shown on such Map, the district boundary lines follow lot lines or the centerlines of streets or alleys as they existed at the time of adoption of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 72-13, passed July 11, 1972); but where a district line obviously does not coincide with the lot lines as such, or centerlines of streets or alleys, or where it is not designated by dimensions, it shall be deemed to be 150 feet back from the nearest street line parallel to which it is drawn.
