1123.108 USES; SELECTED DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   “Church” means a building for public worship and related religious activities conducted by a bona fide congregation or religious sect. The term “church” includes the terms “temple”, “shrine”, “mosque” and “synagogue”.

   (b)    “Institution” means an organization or establishment of public character, and a building or group of buildings occupied by such an organization or establishment.
