1123.95 STREET.

   “Street” means a public right of way fifty feet or more in width which provides a public means of access to abutting property, or any such right of way more than thirty feet and less than fifty feet in width, provided it existed prior to the enactment of this Zoning Code (Ordinance 72-13, passed July 11, 1972). The term “street” includes avenue, drive, circle, road, parkway, boulevard, highway, thoroughfare or any other similar term.
